Weight Loss Diaries: Yesterday was day 1, went to the gym for 30 minutes on the elipticals. I plan to use the gym for at least an hour everyday. I’ll be pumping up the water and piling on the sweats to keep the sweat going. This is a photo for the start of this progress. I’ll take a weekly photo to see how the progress is going and weigh in every month.
I weigh 230 lbs right now & 5’6”, and I’m 22 years old, this is unacceptable. :( I plan on being at a healthy weight, my goal for now is 15 lbs by January. We shall see!! :)
